- Account information (utility supplier, tariff, usage, meter numbers)
- Uploaded utility bills
- Support communications and ticket history
- Site usage data (cookies, IP, browser type)
3. How we use it
- To deliver the bill management service you've requested
- To liaise with utility suppliers on your behalf (with your authorisation)
- To send service updates and (with consent) marketing
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Legal bases
We rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent (for marketing) and legal obligation as applicable.
5. Sharing
We share data with utility suppliers only with your written authorisation, with vetted UK/EEA processors (hosting, email), and with law enforcement where required.
6. Retention
We keep customer data for the duration of the service and up to 6 years afterwards for tax and dispute purposes, then securely delete it.
7. Your rights

8. Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored within the UK/EEA, and access is restricted on a need-to-know basis.
