These terms apply to your use of BG Utility's website and services. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them.

BG Utility Ltd is an independent UK utility bill management consultancy. We are not an energy, gas, electricity or water supplier.
2. Our service
We review, manage and (with your authorisation) switch your utility accounts. The exact scope is set out in your service agreement.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your address, meters and accounts.
- Promptly authorise us where needed (e.g. Letter of Authority).
- Pay your supplier directly — we do not collect supplier payments.
4. Fees & cancellation
Fees are set out in your service agreement. You may cancel any ongoing service with 30 days' written notice.
5. Liability
We provide our service with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for supplier acts or for losses you could have reasonably avoided. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
