14-day cooling-off period
Consumers signing up to a paid plan online have 14 days from sign-up to cancel for a full refund, unless you've explicitly asked us to begin work sooner and we have done so.
Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel any ongoing monthly plan with 30 days' written notice. We refund any portion of pre-paid fees covering the period after cancellation takes effect.
How to request a refund
Email contact@bgutility.co.uk with your account details. We aim to process refunds within 10 working days.
